Day 1 : Arrival Chilaw/ Negombo

  • Meet at the Colombo Bandaranayake International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by ourrepresentatives and transfer to Chilaw.
  • Visit Munishwaram Temple is an important regional Hindu temple complex in Sri Lanka. It has been in existence at least since 1000 CE although myths surrounding the temple associate it with the popular Indian epic Ramayana, and its legendary hero-king Rama. The temple is one of the ancient Pancha Ishwarams dedicated to Shiva in the region.
  • Visit - Manavari Temple Located just 6 kilometers north of Chilaw along the Chilaw – Puttalam road, the Manavari Temple emerges as a spiritual oasis steeped in historical and cultural significance. As a Tamil temple intricately woven into the revered Ramayana trail, its sacred allure captivates the hearts of devotees embarking on a profound journey of solace and enlightenment.

Day 02 : Negombo – Kandy

  • Visit Negombo Fish Market - is the most distinctive cultural landscape in Negombo, where visitors can experience the local lifestyle in this historic small fishing village. People can buy different kinds of fresh seafoods for cheaper price.
  • Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage -located in Sri Lanka, is a sanctuary for orphaned and injured elephants, established in 1975. It offers visitors the chance to watch elephants being fed and bathed in the nearby river, while also supporting conservation efforts. The orphanage is home to one of the largest herds of captive elephants, making it a popular destination for wildlife lovers.
  • Peradeniya Botanical Garden which is a paradise for nature lovers. This beautiful flower Eden is restored with over 300 different varieties of orchids, other spices, medicinal plants and Palmtrees. Every year more than 1.2 million people are enchanted by the beauty of these 147 acreflower gardens.
  • Kandy Gem Museums: The real evidence of the richness will be affirmed by your visit to the Gem Museum. Sri Lanka produces the finest quality of gems in the world. The Ratnapura, often referred to as the "City of Gems," is a major town in Sri Lanka, located in the Sabaragamuwa Province. It is world-renowned for its gem mining industry, particularly for precious stones like sapphires, rubies, and other valuable gems. Guests can visit these kind of gem stone collection in the gem museum.

Day 03 – Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

  • Visit Hanuman Temple in Pussellawa: The area is associated with Hanuman and houses a temple dedicated to him. Hanuman is believed to have rested in Ramboda while searching for Sita.
  • Visit Ramboda Falls in Ramboda – It is a breathtaking waterfall located near Ramboda in the Nuwara Eliya District of Sri Lanka with a height of about 109 meters (358 feet), it is one of the tallest waterfalls in the country. Surrounded by lush greenery and tea plantations, it offers stunning views and is easily accessible from the main road.
  • Visit Gregory lake and Old post office - Gregory Lake is a picturesque lake located in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka. It's a popular spot for both locals and tourists, offering a serene environment surrounded by lush greenery and mountains.
  • Seetha Amman Kovil - This is where Sita was said to have been kept in captivity by Ravana. The Sita Amman Temple, dedicated to her, is located here, and the nearby stream is believed to be where she bathed.

Day 04 Nuwara Eliya – Kataragama

These caves are known as Ravana Caves and are located nearby, adding a layer of cultural and historical significance to the areaThe waterfall is a must-visit for travelers heading to Ella for its natural beauty and mythological connections.
  • Kataragama - Kataragama is an important pilgrimage site for both Hindus and Buddhists. Lord Skanda (Kartikeya), son of Lord Shiva, is worshiped here, and it is associated with Rama’s legends.

Day 05 Kataragama to Bentota

The river and its surrounding mangrove forests are home to a wide variety of flora and fauna, making the boat safari a great way to experience Sri Lanka's natural beauty
